经常看某些老外的站，会碰到403 forbidden， 提示类似 You’re from China。往往这些站长都是赚钱高手，当然还有相当大一部分是苦于中国黑客骚扰。
今天自己一个站的需要，找到了实现这种禁止ip方法，利用.htaccess，然后又顺利地在Google找到封禁中文IP的方法，老外封中国ip的理由如下：
